The Admin Rank.

Hey, I was wondering, we have no admins... Mabye, MABYE, we can make that rank and set it up. I don't know what commands, just a more buff mod, So, all the staff might move up, like, Madi would be an Admin, and all the Trial-Mods become Mods, and we can recruit some well deserved NEW trial-mods. Now, I know what you're thinking, I just want to be a trial mod. NO. Lately we've been having massive grief waves, and we need to buff up our staff. Just a thought. c:

The griefs do need to stop.
I guess this could be a good thing but what will the Admins do and how will this help Perthcraft?

Well, my Mod powers allow me to rollback any grief, I don't see how an admin rank would stop griefers. I barely have any commands I don't need and they are all helpful towards the server, but.. considering we're probably still wondering what to put on the Mod rank that would be helpful, I don't think an Admin rank along with an Owner rank would be needed. I'd say thanks for the suggestion though. Very thoughtful for the server. (: The way we find griefers is either alarm me or my fellow staff, or report it on the forums.

However, if you show forum initiative, you may be lucky enough to be a forum trial-mod.

Still though, swing and Spidds aren't on as much as the griefers are... So, admin rank, somehow having more commands, leading to more staff, that will stop griefing a ton. Plus, just seeing a rank as [Admin] will make some of them back off because they be like "oh man th admn is n we shld nut grf bcuz he wul se us nd he wul bn us 4 grf

Swing isn't on as much because he has uni to deal with at the moment, that comes first and it always will. We have plenty of active staff that are good at their jobs, and our fellow perthcraftians are just as much of staff members as the staff members are.
Half the griefs we do are reported by perthcraftians.
We all play a roll and together we can get through the griefing phase that was set upon us.
