GRIEF AT SIRRANCH BY DESOMAS

BAN DESOMAS FOR GRIEF. GRIEFING MY PLACE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND ONE OF MY HORSES FROM THERE IS MISSING PLUS A SADDLE. I AM ALSO MISSING ANOTHER SADDLE AND IRON HORSE ARMOR BUT I THINK I KNOW WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED. DESOMAS SHAME ON YOU          

First of all, NEVER, I repeat, NEVER use full caps on the forums.
Second of all have you TRIED talking to Desomas about what happened? There may have been a misunderstanding as I know him to not do such ludicrous things.
Thirdly, he stole Iron Horse Armour and a Saddle. Be thankful that he didn't steal your horses or kill them.
Don't ever accuse anybody from Spire from doing such a thing without asking for the intent of the "criminal".

The problem here is defiantly not grief as all blocks broken were replaced. Although I do think theft is a possible case here. I think the best course of action here is to have Desomas either, give monetary compensation to sluckarto or return stolen property with an extensive apology. This also should go in the books as a warning to Desomas that any further actions such as this could result in a more strict punishment.

Yes, I broke a fence in order to take a horse, but I didn't steal, I was simply taking what was owed to me. I paid you people $2000 for a horse, and I got that horse. I also put iron armor and a saddle on it (The one that is missing, it seems). I simply took what you people owed me.

There isn't proof other than that fence to prove that he stole the items. Desomas, if you could, a better explanation would allow us to understand you better.

The people that are making this claim own a little outpost/town thingy that's like a makeshift ranch. I asked in chat if anyone is selling horses. Lego girl, or something like that, said she was, so I tped to her at the ranch. I pay her $2000 for a horse, and they then ask if I'd like to join the town. I join the town, put a saddle and armor on my horse, and tie it to a post so I can /home and get building materials. I /t home back, and start making a little house, but leave log off shortly after I start building it. When I get back on, my horse is nowhere to be found. So, I leave the town and take the horse that these people owed me.

Was sluckarto there for any of that?
