A Forum designated Sub-Forum

I'm finding that tutorials, guides or anything forum related just going anywhere, which is why I want a sub-forum dedicated to forums exclusively. Also a trash heap sub-forum to move all the old unused threads into would be nice.

It's not complicated at all, it's just organising, if one of the owners are up to it, I'll be in control of both subforums.

Actually, I'm not gonna do the trash subforums, as things may get hard to find if they're all crammed into one subforum without a way to organise it inside. sorry.
