Milly's Real Estate

Hi PerthCraft, have you ever wanted to have beautiful mansion in the country side. A mansion with big windows, rolling hills, and the resources you need to thrive. Well than all your dreams can become a reality today. I personally like to think of my self as a decent Minecraft builder, and I enjoy building houses around the world. However recently I joined the Psiiche's town of Northrend, and although I really enjoy building in the forest, Northrend just seemed like a great place to live. After a while Psiiche gave the idea to sell my house in the forest and set up a more permeant residence in Northrend.

This thread is where I will be posting all house that I am selling. All houses that I build will come everything that you see in the pictures except for the items in chests and player and enderman heads. The most unfortunate flaw of mine is that I am not a master at interior design, so the buyers will have to decorate some of the houses them selves. One last thing is that all of these sales are negotiable. I will build more onto the house if it would make a deal at the asking price, or I will drop my price a little. Just remember That there are only so many sacrifices I am willing to make.

All posts will include
the asking price for the house,
A whole lot of pictures displaying the whole house,
A description of the layout of house and the building materials,
A list of features that are useful to a players survival, (farms, anvils, xp farm)
A description of the surrounding landscape and nearby towns, (includes NPC villages)
A rough estimate of the amount of time it took to build
Coordinates will be not be available on the forums to prevent greifing.

One thing That I would like to make clear about myself is that I enjoy building on one single project at a time. I will not start work on any other house until the current one is finished. Also I do not take custom builds, there is no real way for me to know what image you want me to create, and also no guarantee that you will still be on the server long enough to buy build. However if you send me a link to a image, i would replicating it into PerthCraft.

Hi PerthCraft, This is a new house that I built very far away from spawn. This house is a great start for the mayor's house for a town, and has a lot of rolling hills around the area, perfect for building and adding on to the house.





Yes the Cows are included, The most important to survival in PerthCraft is having a good source of live stock. Cows are a great source of leather and food. And with the underground Wheat farm you will have all the wheat you need for getting massive chests full of leather and steak. The anvil is included and will be fresh, it is right next to the Enchanting table for fast and easy use. But where will you get the xp for the enchanting room you ask, why in the xp farm. This xp farm uses two spider spawners and is located within the mob despawning radius, so you can wait for hours and never lose any mobs.






While there are great places to spectate this manor from the outside, lets face it your going to be inside this house most of the time. And with this massive chair you can confidently boss your friends around with style. There are plenty of windows that show off the surrounding landscape and give you great views from the surrounding area.







This house is on the market as we speak and here are some of the informational aspects
The asking price is $15,000
The closest town is Trolllica, however it is still quite a journey
There is a Mineshaft below the house, however no NPC villages that I have found
Most of the surrounding area is coverd with grasslands, and a forest to the east of the house, further south of the house is a desert.

I do have 1 question about the house that you built in the pic thou.. what are the dimensions of it exactly.. as in width and length (answered house is 33 x 27)

Hi Perthcraft, I built another house and while it has already been bought, I decided to put it up on this post anyways for everyone to see. This was a custom house that I did for Nathan, I know that I said that I do not do custom houses, but he said that the only things that it needed were 1. Roman 2. Big. So I thought to myself, with the title of my skin Greek Goddess, am I really going to turn this down, NO. It was a fun build and I think that it almost inspired me to try and build a few more building in the greek style. Over all the only thing that I regret is the fact that it was made a few days before the 1.5 update, so I did not have quartz. But personally, I think that it came out really nicely and I would consider building these styles of houses for anyone who asked.

one last overview of the whole house. I was trying to avoid getting my house next to it, but they were so close it was difficult not to, sorry.

Overall it was a really fun project and I would like experiment with more Roman and Greek style architecture, perhaps even build a small town or something using quartz. as expensive as that might be, building this house has helped me expand as a builder, and thank you Nathan for giving me the challenge and motivation I need to get on everyday for the past days.

Quartz or not, it's BLOODY AMAZING! The challenge for you is to build me a house in real life now :3. But seriously, keep up the awesome work.

can i ask you what your texture pack is?

I only did half of it.... but Its horror was burning my eyes.... so I had to stop

Firstbase that is better than something I could build. When I decide I want to build I place one block and then my mind says "You know what's great? PvP let's go on Perthcraft and behead some people." So that's what I do.
