Christmas / New Years event.

Christmas is coming up and an event is due, post some event suggestions below.

Last year we made a christmas tree and put presents under the tree for players who were online.
The party included a fireworks display and a drop party.

Christmas will be based on the perth time of GMT+8

- Swingingking's Christmas tree: Each player can ask for a present to be made under the tree for themselves a few days before the event. On the 24th of December midnight GMT+8 The permissions to the presents will be given to their owners and will contain a chest of Mystery gifts given by Swingingkings.

- Drop party: Each member at the time of the event will receive a /tpahere from Swingingkings. Then he will drop random items for players underneath to pick up.

- Building contest (Approved, further details will be released at a later time)

Hmm, this may seem like a far-fetched idea but it's possible. Each participant gets an allotted space in the Event World to build a scene. That scene can be anything the maker chooses, however in their scene, I was thinking that they had to include a Christmas related item, and if they don't celebrate, perhaps a Happy New Year item? I reckon if this idea were to be put forward, there could be 3 criterion that the build could be judged on. Implementation of the item, the general look of the build, as well as originality. We want a building contest, this gives us the chance to do it on the date of festivals which most of us celebrate.

Swing is already going to make the tree again like he did last year.

1 Day of Plug D.j? I know it got boring cause many songs were repeated but anyone up for a day of songs?

That could work, but I generally go on plug.dj daily. I'm usually in a different room, however I could invite mates that use plug.dj to the PerthCraft room. But from there we could spice things up. Persay, each song is a raffle ticket and the winner could get an in-game prize? Something along those lines, maybe?

I was thinking of something like people give out good items (1 per person) to a person of their choosing (kinda like a secret Santa) (the good items would be items like an enchanted diamond pickaxe, enchanted diamond armor, quartz, etc.)
