East warp keeps getting mauled

Whiney me, I know, but...can we incinerate whoever keeps deciding that East Warp is their town? There's 2 ppl with signs there, but I don't know that it's them, specifically who are messing the place up. But basically:




Every time I go to East, there's huuge areas dug out into random trenches, within 2 blocks of the place.
Even worse, there's 1x1 death trap holes drilled all the way down randomly all over the place. I've placed blocks over a dozen of them, but they keep coming back.

Mind you, I rarely use East, except when I need a reason to weep over the state of things, but it sure is ridiculous for anyone new on the server.
