Permission Issues

I've came on a few times and seen that most people are having permission issues.
It's including me. My $85 rank is completely gone, my Mod powers are completely gone, etc.
And it's been like this for about a week. I've alerted Swing about this:

And still haven't gotten a reply back. So I'm making a forum post, I made a petition, and I've sent a few messages over Skype. I don't know what's going on, but I feel completely useless because I have my Mod rank and I can't use it to help people. I think our Server is pretty fragile as of current because if there's a greif, I can't even /lb it, so there's no roleback available for our players.
I absolutely hate this feeling of being useless to my friends and Perthcraft family, and I just hope it gets fixed soon.

A few guys have tried being in contact with him but he hasn't replied to any. Since he was sick, a viable excuse could be that he went to hospital due to some furthercailment caused by his virus. If it is the case, Swing, I pray that you're alright and that you'll have a speedy recovery. If not, could you please get around to doing permissions? It's a bit irritating not having them. Thanks.

I am having the same problem with the kits, and other folks have reported them in chat. I also would like someone to go over the trial mod commands with me, as I have no real idea what is expected of me.

Thanks, Madi, you are a life saver. I know you are on Central time, right? When are you going to be on the server? I will try to get on at the same time, but evenings are tough for me.
