help stop the TAKE OVER!!!

The other day, I make a town called SirRanch. the next day, a new person join the server. His name is XpodT. About four hours later, we notice that was building a town, looking like ours, less then 100 blocks away. I Asked him to move the town away from mine. I said that if he moved within 24 hours, I would help him start the town. but he has not. XpodT has also started to expand his town tords mine. please help me and the people of SirRanch.
