McMMO Messing Up?

Earlier today, (May 4th,) Troll kept getting kicked for doing /mctop. For what reason, I have no idea. But now that I'm digging around and mining again, something else happened.
I used GigaDrill without waiting for it to pop up and say "Refreshed."
Here's a screen shot:
Now, it kind of looks like I used it and it refreshed quick, but I don't think that's the case. I think the new update for McMMO is being very buggy.

This is true, there have also been a couple of bugs with other plugins coinciding with McMMO as well. Hopefully a less buggier update comes sooner or later.
