Where is the Quartz?

Ok its great that we have it, but there are alot of people out there that would like to buy some, and alot of people out there who don't need it and mine it just for profit. However there are maybe two shop owners who have decided to sell the stuff. I think that the main reason that this is happening is because there is no set price for quartz at the moment. I was just wondering if it could be added to the black market to there there could be a fair price that would allow for some profit making in the shops. Right now everyone is going around the nether looking for the ore, but the supply just cant meet the demand. I was wondering if there was a reason that it was being kept out of the Black market, or if nobody has gotten around to it yet. Just my thoughts, and if anyone would like to, please reply with some ideas of what a full 64 stack of quartz should be sold and bought for in the black market to then go out to the shop owners.

I personally think that it is less rare than bricks, so I would think that a 64 stack should be bought for about 110, and sold for 90.

As a quartz miner I think the stack should be worth at least 105 since the veins come often in large quantities (4+) . Other than that I believe the quartz miners are stacking up and plan to sell when they believe they have excess.
