~ Welcome to Northrend! ~ The Pilgrimage Begins!

Located far north of the rest of civilization, Northrend is a thriving and evergrowing settlement for artistic builders and decorators. Founded by myself and a dream of a natural-looking environment with civilization woven in, Northrend is a spacious town that is both a communally and environmentally friendly place to live. Northrend works as a hub for minecart transportation, as it is in the center of many other towns such as Aincrad, Little Valley, Firelight, Birka, and even Trollica.

We have many community buildings for all of your living necessities:
A Bakery/Restaurant for when your tummy gets to grumblin' (And Bella1030's home!)
A Library for all your researching and Enchanting needs.
A Blacksmith for public smelting, repair, and crafting.
An Alchemy Lab for when normal armor simply isn't enough.
A spacy three-floor stable for breeding, farming, and loot gain.
A community farm to fuel all our dietary needs.

As any thread should, we're gonna go out with a bang! But not just any bang, a GIANT bang! Located in the left-center of town is the server's biggest and best roller coaster!

We are contemplating moving Northrend to a snow biome in a completely new location. It will be much further from the nearest warps than the current town is, and I will hed the exodus and personally help each member if necessary to relocate. The houses I've built I offer to help move myself (most of them D;), and this exodus will be given plenty of time to occur before protection is taken down from the old locale (about two weeks).
Snow biomes are very beautiful and we would have an all-new landscape all to ourselves! Please post with your thoughts on the matter.

i voted yes, because with this move, we get a untouched area, so we can mine 
and its really nice place that you found, and my snowman makes more sense xD

The exodus has begun! With a majority vote (and no negative votes haha) we've begun to take town the city bit by bit. A few player houses have been moved and most public buildings have been torn down. Mapping the new town will be done today, with the public library, blacksmith, alchemy lab, and Stables being rebuilt. And maybe I'll put a roof on my dang house too. I'll have pictures up after it's all complete!
