Play.
Mine.
Collect something.
Become a farmer.
Build an impenetrable fort.
Redesign your town.
Redesign your house.
Make a fort in the Nether.

Especially the "collect something" one. If you are collecting something you'll always need to farm or mine to afford to keep buying it. It will keep you busy. I know, people sell all their budders to me <3
