Being able to use / everywhere

What a great parkour course, makes people rage or if they win, proud of themselves. Now, when we are fed up with parkour, can we leave? Nope. :/ People are unable to type anything starting with / when they're at the parkour course, which is why I'm suggesting that / can be used everywhere, or almost everywhere.

We've disabled things like /tp and warps because we don't want people to teleport other players to the end of the course, and warps are disabled because Executive members have the ability to set warps. There is a sign allowing you to go to spawn in the course, just use that and use commands in the main world.
